Getting started

AquaMind V2 reads an aquaculture case and returns a citation-grounded report, usually in under two minutes. If the case is high-stakes — drug dosing, mass water exchange, regulatory or food-safety questions — the report waits for a professional sign-off before delivery. Everything else lands directly in your case page as soon as the verifier passes it.

Your first case in five steps

  1. Sign up. Create a free account at /signup and verify your email via the link we send. Free during beta; paid plans launch with Phase 2 and will be flagged well in advance.
  2. Open the intake form. From the dashboard, choose New case (or go directly to /app/cases/new). The form covers species, system type, density, recent symptoms, recent interventions, and water-quality readings.
  3. Attach what you have. Photos, water-quality CSV logs, and PDFs of vet reports or lab results all sharpen the analysis. See Attachments for accepted formats.
  4. Submit and watch. The case page streams updates as five specialists analyze in parallel: Disease, Treatment, Microbiology, Water Quality, and Nutrition. You will see each one come back individually.
  5. Read the report. The final synthesis cites primary literature by DOI. Citations that failed verification are visibly downgraded or removed — never silently kept.

What "expert sign-off" means

If the citation verifier or any specialist flags the case for human review, the report does not auto-deliver. It is held in the Awaiting expert state and routed to a domain-matched reviewer from our professionals pool. Sign-off SLA during beta is one business day.

For routine cases — no high-stakes actions, all citations verify cleanly — the report lands immediately.

Languages

English and 简体中文 are supported from day one for both the chrome and the report body. Submit your case in either language; the agents read both.

Getting help

If something looks off — a citation that does not match its claim, a report that contradicts itself, a specialist that returned "insufficient evidence" on a case where evidence clearly exists — flag it via the Report an issue link on the case page. Real humans read those.
