Attachments
AquaMind V2 accepts photos, water-quality logs, and PDF reports — up to 10 files per case. Files are stored encrypted at rest and read only by the agents and reviewers assigned to your case.
Supported formats
- Images. JPEG, PNG, or WebP. Up to 20 MB per file. Photos of gill condition, body lesions, mortality patterns, water clarity, biofilm coverage, and stocking density are the most useful — these are signals the disease and microbiology specialists actively look for.
- PDFs. Vet reports, treatment histories, lab results, prior consultant write-ups, regulatory correspondence. The agents extract text from the PDF; scanned PDFs are OCR'd before analysis.
- Water-quality logs. CSV (
text/csv) or Excel (.xlsx). A header row is required. Timestamps in ISO 8601 (2026-05-21T08:30:00) orYYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. Common columns the parser recognizes:timestamp,do_mg_l,temp_c,ph,nh3_mg_l/tan,no2_mg_l,no3_mg_l,salinity_ppt. Other columns are passed through.
What is not supported (yet)
Raw video, proprietary instrument formats (binary .dat from specific sondes), and audio. If you have a video showing behavior, the most useful thing is to attach two or three representative still frames. Multi-tab Excel workbooks: only the first sheet is parsed.
How attachments flow through the system
Each attachment is parsed once and then made available to every specialist that wants it. The disease specialist looks hardest at images; the water-quality specialist looks hardest at CSV logs; the microbiology specialist reads PDFs of biofilm or microbiome reports. You do not need to tag files — the agents pull what they need.
Privacy
Attachments are not shared outside your organization unless you explicitly publish the case to the public showcase. Before any showcase publication, an admin reviews and removes operator-identifying details from images (farm logos, GPS-tagged photos, identifiable staff). See the Privacy policy for retention details.
