AquaMind is not a chatbot. It routes your case to a panel of specialist agents, has them deliberate, then runs a grounding verifier that checks every load-bearing claim against real literature before anything reaches you. Here is the path from your intake form to a cited, sign-off-ready report.

Each stage narrows the case and adds accountability. Nothing is asserted that the verifier could not ground; nothing high-stakes ships without a human in the loop.
Route
A global router reads your intake — symptoms, water-quality numbers, context — and picks the vertical and the job: diagnose, design, research, comply, or optimize.
Convene
The relevant specialist agents are dispatched in parallel — microbiology and the SND engine, water chemistry, disease, nutrition, treatment, operations — each an expert in a single discipline.
Deliberate
Specialists put their findings on a Virtual Round Table, bid on the sub-questions they are strongest on, weigh each other's evidence, and a supervisor synthesises one coherent verdict.
Verify
A Grounding & Citation Verifier scores each load-bearing claim against real, DOI-verified literature via Crossref and DataCite. Claims it cannot ground are downgraded or escalated — never asserted.
Gate
Drug dosing, mass water exchange, harvest, shutdown, and compliance calls are hard-gated. When confidence is low or the stakes are high, the case routes to a WaterDoctor expert to sign off.
Deliver
You receive a professional, cited diagnostic report and a step-by-step operational SOP a technician can execute — in English or Chinese, with the evidence shown.
Grounding verifier · the proof
The verifier is the final-pass authority. It reads every load-bearing claim, resolves the citation against Crossref and DataCite, and measures the share it could not ground. Above the threshold, the case escalates to a human instead of delivering. The page brightens to paper here on purpose — this is the receipt.

Conflicts are not resolved by whoever is most confident. The orchestrator applies one hard-coded priority order, so cost or energy can never override a life-support or food-safety concern.
Why vertical wins
General research assistants answer from a general corpus. AquaMind's prompts, retrieval corpus, citation gates, and expert pool are all tuned for water and aquaculture — and it would rather escalate than invent.
